To make the stay of you and your fellow guests as pleasant as possible, we ask you to observe some rules.

• Wearing swimwear is not allowed for hygienic reasons.
• Wearing slippers is mandatory.
• You can not bring your own consumptions such as water bottles and food.
• In order not to disturb the peace of other guests, the use of a mobile phone is only allowed in the reception area and not in the thermal baths.
• To ensure the privacy of all our guests, it is not allowed to take photos or videos.
• Wearing a bathrobe is mandatory on the terrace, in the living room and in all resting areas.
• The instructions of the staff in Thermen R must be followed.
• Disturbing behaviour; verbal, non-verbal and desired and unwanted intimacies are not permitted. Guests who do not comply with this must immediately leave Thermen R, after full payment.
• The management is not liable for the loss or theft of goods and valuables. Personal items can be stored in your cupboard. Bags are not allowed in the complex.
• For hygienic reasons, towels are not allowed in the restaurant.
• The reservation of (bedding) beds, chairs and benches is not permitted.
• Wearing slippers in the sauna itself is not allowed.
• To ensure peace and quiet for all our guests, silence in all our sauna facilities is highly appreciated.
• For the storage of valuables, use the lockable boxes as much as possible.
• It is mandatory to wear your wristband, and this for your own safety.
•  Children are welcome under the supervision of their parents.
